Season waitlist

When you join a season waitlist, we store your name, email, optional playing interest, referral source and email permission in Supabase. We use these details to manage the waitlist and contact you about registration for that season. Joining does not reserve a spot or create a player account. To leave the list or request deletion, contact @asiandadhooper.

Ad measurement

Ad measurement is optional. Choosing “No thanks” does not affect your ability to register, pay or play.

If you allow it, we use Meta Pixel on public pages to measure visits and registration checkout starts. If you pay, our server sends Meta the purchase amount, currency, order identifier and type of purchase. We also send a SHA-256 hash of your email, your browser's user agent and available Meta click/browser identifiers so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. Hashing helps protect the email in transit but does not make this information anonymous to Meta.

We retain campaign labels and Meta attribution cookies in your browser for up to 90 days, and your privacy choice for up to 180 days. Attribution and the choice made at checkout are also recorded with the Stripe checkout. Payment records remain necessary to operate the league.

Use “Ad privacy choices” to change your choice. Declining stops future browser tracking and attribution on new checkouts. It cannot recall events already sent or change the choice attached to a checkout you already opened.

Meta processes information under its Privacy Policy. Contact @asiandadhooper with questions about Unc's ad measurement.
